Meet Oluwasegun Olaiya

Oluwasegun Olaiya is a freelance children's illustrator based in Lagos, Nigeria. As the last child and only son in his family, he has always possessed a creative spirit and a deep passion for illustration. Born and raised in Lagos, he pursued his education in Fine Art at Obafemi Awolowo University. Over the past five years, he has had the privilege of working on approximately nine book illustration projects with various organizations, individuals, and brands. One notable project he contributed to is "Misha's Big Day" for Library For All in Australia. Proficient in industry-standard software, he ensures timely delivery and high-quality work. At 27 years old, he finds joy in football, Afrobeat music, sketching, and exploring the vibrant world of colors.
